How to use

1. Wash the wand and your hands before each use!

2. Choose which end of the wand you will use. The thicker, shorter end helps massage painful points closer to the entrance, while the thinner, longer end is perfect for deeper points!

3. Use plenty of water-based lubricant on the wand and on your body!

4. Make yourself comfortable: lie on your back and pull your knees up or lie on your side with a pillow between your knees

5. Insert the wand: start by taking a deep breath. This will help relax your muscles and allow you to insert the wand.

6. Find the tender spot: after inserting, start moving the wand clockwise with light pressure until you find a tender spot. Apply about the same force as you would use to check if a tomato is ripe, don’t crush the tomato 🙂

7. Pressure exercise: Hold the wand at the tender spot and start moving your knee from side to side until the pressure is relieved. Hold for 1-2 minutes then release. Don’t forget to breathe while doing so!

8. Repeat: Continue to search for sensitive points in a clockwise direction and if you find one, perform the above exercise. It is worth doing this exercise 1-2 times a day, depending on how much you need/how much your physiotherapist recommends!

Cleaning

Clean before and after each use. It can be cleaned with lukewarm soapy water, then it is worth leaving it to air dry. You can also use an alcohol-free treatment disinfectant designed to keep sexual aids clean. Use only with water-based lubricant.

Contraindications

Ask a physiotherapist for help before use and do not overdo the exercises! Do not use the wand if you have a vaginal infection or unexplained bleeding, in these cases consult a doctor and return to the exercises once these problems have resolved. During pregnancy, it is also worth asking a physiotherapist for help with exercises for external abdominal massage!

Do not use immediately after surgery or childbirth!
