The Perifit is a Kegel trainer that targets your pelvic floor muscles with video games, or rather as a controller. When you tense your pelvic floor muscles, the bird in the toy rises - when you relax, the bird descends. It comes with 6 unique kegel training programs and fun video games. The games are designed by doctors to help strengthen the pelvic floor properly. It is so effective that many doctors recommend Perifit to their patients to combat the symptoms of incontinence, prolapse (gynecological prolapse) and other pelvic floor disorders. In addition to these, it speeds up recovery after childbirth and you can increase your sexual well-being with regular practice.

The Perifit does not need to be charged, its battery works for ten years with an average of 30 minutes of practice per week, but the manufacturer guarantees its battery for five years. If the product dies after five years, it will be replaced with a new battery at a cost of 50 USD.

Use & Cleaning

The device can be cleaned with lukewarm soapy water, then it is recommended to let it air dry.
